Wicell Technologies is a fast growing IT and Telecommunication Company. We are seeking for passionate individuals to join our successful and Professional team.  The enthusiastic individual, energetic, hard-working, eager to learn and motivated individual to fill the following position:

Finance and Accounting Supervisor

Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

1. Control the entire flow of the entry and exit from the company.
2. Control and responsible for the availability and use of cash daily.
3. Controlling debt settlement company accounts and tax reports.
4. Verify  exit / entry voucher prior to submission to the Head of Finance and HR.
5. Controlling and delivering of invoices / bills to customers
6. Controlling corporate financial records and storage
7. Reporting to the Head of Finance & HR on the use of funds / budget.
8. Holding relationships with customers, banks, other financial institutions, government agencies / other related private finance.
9. Control and supervise the procurement Bilyet Giro / Cheque and transfer orders to be verified / signed by the Head of Finance and HR.
10. Preferred understand and comply with accounting program ex. Zahir Accounting.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
2. Required skill(s): be honest and trustworthy, a systematic way of thinking., capable and able to work under pressure., careful and neat, familiar with ms. office.
3. Understanding the language of accounting
4. Knowing about the general taxation system
5. Able and capable of working in teams
6. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
7. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
8. Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta
9. Preferably  Supervisor / Assistant Managers specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
10. Full-Time position(s) available
11. Availability ----- ASAP
